SALES/BDM AND ACCOUNT MANAGER

- Starting remuneration will be between $100,000 and $110,000 (depending on background, experience and qualifications) plus superannuation. Remuneration will increase as ability and responsibility grows.

THE ROLE
- We are looking for a proficient candidate to join our sales and business development team. The internal sales team (based in QLD) will call customers ahead of time and build relationships that you (being the face of the company) can build on. It would require preparing efficient trips to these both large and not so large clients. The type of customer we target is mostly site based on construction, civil and infrastructure projects from the Noosa area in the north to Tweed heads in the South and west to Toowoomba. There is already a huge client base & pipeline to build on and develop. Being a relatively small team, the position will include good variety and plenty of team support. The position will grow and develop as the ability and responsibility grows.

BENEFITS
5 day working week. Suggested hours are 8 to 4.30pm with 30 min for lunch. Includes a laptop, mobile phone and vehicle.

Be involved in many iconic construction sites in QLD. Tradeline deliver direct to many of them every day including the new tunnels, roadways, railways and many other smaller projects.
Be involved in construction at close quarters.
