Devops Engineer

Exciting role for experienced DevOps Engineer to work with our client who are rapidly evolving in tech space.  Join a collaborative and supportive team.  

Role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.  Hybrid work model 2 days in the office.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Executing DevOps engineering and security functions within AWS
• Application development 
• Working with development teams to enhance daily work flows and release processes
• Helping to implement projects and enhance DevOps practice
• Identifying opportunities to automate processes and streamline tasks
• Developing and maintaining processes and procedures 
• Maintaining website performance
• Ability to solve and trouble shoot issues
• Other duties as directed

Only candidates with the following skills should apply:

• Experience working on AWS Cloud
• Programming or scripting experience
• Exposure to Agile/ DevOps principals such as CI/CD
• Experience with Kubernetes highly regarded
• Experience with containerization highly regarded 
• Strong technical problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Positive can do attitude
• Collaboration mindset

This role is 12 months fixed term and highly likely to extend.
