AddressDevOps engineers operate as part of our system team to enable the delivery of system changes. They are critical to maintaining applications in test environments and supporting production.
Primary Duties:
- Responsibility for infrastructure, test environment management including monitoring and observability. This includes troubleshooting and investigation of environment related issues.
- Providing technical support for environment builds, retrofitting, decommissioning and environment management.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) including implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automating the building, testing and deployment of software changes.
- Collaboration with developers, architects, operations, and other SMEs to ensure streamlined transition of changes between development, testing and production environments.
- Identifying and execution of opportunities under continuous improvement to automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure.
- Collaborating with the Release Manager to plan and deploy changes to production. These roles may require on-call and after-hours work for real-time issues management
Location and Contract Term: This role can be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Box Hill or Penrith. 12 month contract starting 1 July 2024 with 3 x 12 month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance.
