About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team.The position will have responsibility for providing clerical functions for the Diagnostics Department.Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Uploading of files from Holter, ABP and ECG’s and transmission to Cardioscan
- Reporting of Holter and ABP Results
- Invoicing and Device Management
- Accounts assistance
- Inbox and calendar management
- Document creation and control
- Site access card management and works scheduling
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Compliance with all relevant policies and SOP’s with particular emphasis – Confidentiality
- Adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel and typing skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Demonstrate high level of personal motivation
- Good Customer service skills to liaise effectuvely with Doctors and patients
