Stock Control Admin Clerk

We are committed to building an environment where everyone feels appreciated, valued, and able to reach their full potential.Our friendly Stock Control team are now on the lookout for a Stock Control Administration Clerk to join the team based at Warwick Farm.Role Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining new vehicle stock records within our DMS.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including their locations and status.
• Organising vehicle swaps with other dealers.
• Processing Retail Delivery Advice's (RDA's).
• Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation.
• Retrieve quotes from Car Carrier companies for transport requests.
• Liaise with truck drivers for daily runs.
• Registration for New, Used & Demo vehicles for multiple brands.
• Ensure compliance with registration guidelines.
• Monitor emails and answer any queries and requests that come through promptly and professionally.
• General administrative duties.

• Well organised and can prioritise workloads on a daily basis.
• Strong & professional verbal, written and phone communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external companies.
• Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
• Can plan and think quickly and strategically when issues arise.
• Knowledge of Era Power would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
