Albury, Coleambally, Condobolin, Cowra, Dubbo, Finley, Forbes, Griffith, Gunnedah, Penrith, Quirindi, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, Warren and Wee Waa.

THE ROLE

- Competitive Compensation: A minimum base hourly rate of $33 to $50, with an additional location-based allowance ranging from $2 to $5 per hour for remote areas.
- Earning Potential: Opportunity for paid overtime & monthly performance bonuses, which can lead to qualified technician earning between $100,000 and $160,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Working at Hutcheon and Pearce you will find yourself working on a variety of Agricultural Machinery both large and small and with changing seasons bringing different needs in the agricultural space you will often find yourself taking on new challenges and learnings.
- Performing service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment (both in the workshop and on client farms).
- Diagnosing and interpreting machine faults to get our customers back up and running.
- Managing and maintaining service records for machinery.
- Providing technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant trade qualifications as a Light or Heavy Vehicle, Agricultural or Plant Mechanic (LV or Diesel Mechanic, Cert III)
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable:
- Agricultural machinery servicing experience (John Deere preferred, other large brands highly advantageous)
- Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of CANBUS systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Forklift licence
