AddressThat’s The Ticket are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising and Social Media Coordinator for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Lewisham, NSW.
Digital Advertising and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Grow and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, in all platforms employed by us: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+
- Run regular digital/online advertising campaigns on Facebook to capture new leads and convert them into clients
- Run regular digital/online advertising campaigns with Google AdWords to capture new leads and convert them into paid consultations for the company
- Plan, Test and Implement new digital advertising campaigns in other platforms that we are not currently using. Suggest new and better channels to Director if testing is successful
- Create and maintain all content and artwork required for the digital ads
- Monitor and track all digital advertising campaigns in all platforms as well as reach and traction into other platforms such as Twitter chats, Google+ Hangouts, LinkedIn
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific social platforms/networks to both spread our brand, our content and links
- Actively monitoring all platforms for reviews, comments and engagement related to our company and brand
- Create and implement a Digital Reviews Crisis Plan & Procedure with guidelines and procedures to be employed in case a bad/negative review or comment is received.
- Create a documentation process and step-by-step guide as to how this should be managed
- Contribute with digital advertising ideas in relation to how we can advertise positive feedback and testimonials across the social online platforms our company uses
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- Bachelor Degree or higher education in highly relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Five years of relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification
- Google AdWords skills
