The opportunity…
An exciting opportunity is available to join our fun and dynamic Marketing & Digital Team in the role of Marketing Lead. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a variety of specialties to support and drive customer marketing campaigns, promoting leading edge medical technologies for the Australian and New Zealand regions.
This role is called Marketing Lead internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for customer data quality including accuracy, relevance, completeness in relation to email marketing and communication;
- Plan and manage tactics and objectives in line with relevant stakeholders to support lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-sell or up-sell;
- Formulate campaign briefs based on a learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests and behavioural patterns;
- Evaluate, monitor and produce reports including KPI and ROI performance against objective (email marketing) in partnership with SEO/ Analytics Lead;
- Plan data selection, segmentation and prepare campaign lists. Ensure the systems can support data selection required;
- Improve ROI and customer lifetime value across all campaigns;
- Drive customer insight through the business;
- Plan, create and test campaigns;
- Liaise closely with the product managers and business managers to define understanding of the brand, and support commercial campaigns.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent skills in organisation, communication, stakeholder management and creative marketing strategy.
Experience required:
- Degree educated / relevant qualification experience;
- 3−5 years email campaign management experience;
- Track record of delivery of campaigns, in particular communication and complex campaigns;
- Email marketing experience, with the understanding how to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers;
- Experience in working in a Direct Marketing, Multi-channel or Analytical environment;
- Track record of delivering multi-audience digital campaigns in a B2B environment;
- Experience in email campaign management and systems;
- Excellent organisation and project management skillset;
- Pro-active and results orientated;
- HubSpot experience is advantageous.
