Qualifications & experience
- Excellent written (English language) communications skills are essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities.
- Great attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce retail environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- E-commerce: Coordinate with Digital Marketing manager and execute product launches and promotions on the website. Oversee all backend operations to ensure seamless order processing. Manage inventory for omni-channels – David Jones.
- Stock Management: Manage and organise inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels, count large volumes of incoming stock, and facilitate stock replenishment.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to emails, showcasing excellent communication skills for online orders from warehouse and click & dispatch.
- Engaging with the team: Engage daily with team members, as well as coordinate with delivery and retail staff.
