About the roleReporting to the National Account Manager – Digital, this role will support the digital transformation strategy across the National Accounts (Coles & Endeavour Group). Ensuring Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) brands are leading the category in all digital platforms in how we show up to shoppers.
- Manage digital programs and channel activations for CLG and EG banners.
- Oversee digital assets, content management, and launch plans across CLG and EG banners.
- Foster partnerships with e-commerce teams, collaborating on future strategies.
- Assist with planning days with customers, providing digital updates and inputs.
- Enhance online brand presence, leveraging data insights for shopper engagement and conversion.
- Report on and track digital performance across a variety of metrics i.e. sales, ROAS, CTR.

- Relevant experience in account management or marketing, with a focus on eCommerce
- Strong analytical and financial skills for executing promotional activities
- Proven track record in delivering sales plans, including digital shopper plans
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Preference for experience in digital marketing and FMCG or alcohol beverage industry
