A great opportunity to join our growing Digital team as a Digital Campaign Coordinator has arisen. Reporting to the Online Campaign Manager, you will support the delivery of online campaigns and weekly website briefing to ensure the effective changeover of the website each week. You will liaise with stakeholders across the business including Marketing, Site Operations, Trade Planning and Merchandise teams to deliver the Coles Digital trade and campaign plans in a timely manner.
You will
- Support with the implementation and management of campaigns to ensure consistency across Coles digital assets
- Work with Trade, Site Operations, Marketing and Category Managers to support the delivery of the Customer Calendar on Coles Online
- Support day-to-day operation of the Coles Online website
- Maintain the quality and integrity of the customer experience of campaigns
- Deliver reporting and PIR's after each campaign to ensure learnings are implemented in future campaigns
- Assisting in merchandising seasonal events
- Experience in a digital business, preferably ecommerce or marketing
- Good understanding of Marketing and digital technologies
- Degree in Marketing or similar is preferred
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the one time
