The role will work in a collaborative team contributing specialist change and learning support to the Hub & Spoke ieMR implementation into the MHHS rural facilities. The Digital Change and Learning Specialist understands eHealth / clinical information systems and can ensure staff within MHHS effectively and efficiently utilise existing and emerging solutions and devices within MHHS. The successful applicant will have the ability to analyse and understand business problems to make either solution and/or workflow recommendations to meet the organisation needs.
About the Team
The Digital Health Solutions team (DHS) support the state-wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and offers opportunity to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign. The functionality of ieMR at this HHS includes Medication Management, Anaesthetics, SurgiNet, FirstNet, Care Delivery, Renal and Powerchart Maternity solutions and includes device integration for ECG and CTG.
