RACQ is searching for two talented Insurance Learning Specialists to join our dynamic Insurance Capability team. In these permanent and 12-month contract positions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for our employees, agencies, and partners.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, contemporary learning resources across various platforms.
- Leverage adult learning principles to create engaging and informative learning experiences that optimise knowledge retention.
- Conduct research and analyse data to stay abreast of industry trends and recommend best-in-class learning solutions.
About you:
- Specialist tertiary workplace training qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training and Design, or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and learning development.
- Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on the latest learning methodologies.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Data literacy and analytical skills – you can find, interpret, and use data to tell stories and solve problems.
- Business acumen and an understanding of commercial considerations.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Proven experience facilitating training programs in both in-person and virtual environments.
