Insurance Learning Specialist

RACQ is searching for two talented Insurance Learning Specialists to join our dynamic Insurance Capability team. In these permanent and 12-month contract positions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for our employees, agencies, and partners.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training programs.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, contemporary learning resources across various platforms.
• Leverage adult learning principles to create engaging and informative learning experiences that optimise knowledge retention.
• Conduct research and analyse data to stay abreast of industry trends and recommend best-in-class learning solutions.

About you:

• Specialist tertiary workplace training qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training and Design, or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and learning development.
• Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on the latest learning methodologies.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Data literacy and analytical skills – you can find, interpret, and use data to tell stories and solve problems.
• Business acumen and an understanding of commercial considerations.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Proven experience facilitating training programs in both in-person and virtual environments.
