About the role:
The Digital Channels Insights Lead role will be pivotal in capturing and managing digital data across various Digital Channels including the public website, sales funnel, self-service platform, and mobile app. This is a leadership role in the Digital Channels team with one direct report.
In this role, you’ll be:
- identifying and recommending new strategic analytics capabilities to align with business objectives focused on customer growth, engagement and experience
- overseeing the planning and execution of data analytics projects and initiatives related to Digital Channels, providing subject matter expertise
- gathering, analysing, and interpreting data from various Digital Channels and customer touchpoints to derive actionable insights
- translating complex data into clear and concise recommendations to optimise the customer experience
- leading and mentoring a digital data analyst, ensuring high-quality performance and professional development, providing guidance and support where needed.
Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:
- proven experience in digital analytics and insights reporting using GA4 is essential; knowledge of Adobe Analytics would be looked upon favourably
- strong influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver against target outcomes
- natural resilience and confidence to work in a fast placed and complex environment
- proven experience in collaborating with a cross-functional team to successfully drive strategic and tactical digital-first customer experiences.
- retail experience, particularly digital-first business is desirable
