We are seeking a dynamic Digital Strategy Lead for our digital initiatives and propel our organisation to new heights in the digital landscape.
This is a great job for someone with the ability to lead change, have a strong understanding of Digital service propositions across claims, ability to drive digital claims strategy and culture, guide our business teams/brokers in the adoption of digital innovation and capabilities, providing practical approach to applying technology where it will add value.
A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for identifying enhancements required, planning, prioritising and implementing activity to improve digital performance for customers and Aviva. You will also ensure our Digital strategy aligns to Commercial Claims strategies and ensure our Digital Claims Proposition is compelling and helps us retain/win business.
You'll work closely with Claims Service Managers/Underwriting/Distribution teams to drive Digital Strategy and adoption across the broker community, utilising data and feedback to translate how digital solutions can solve situations.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Knowledge of current strategies, trends and technologies for Digital customer service
Knowledge of what's hot in the digital world as well as knowledge of digital and other content delivery platforms
Out of the box thinking and creative yet methodical in an approach to reach ambitions
Understanding of people and customers and how they interact with digital media
Some knowledge of financial services would be preferred

Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
