The Digital Channel Officer supports the publishing and maintenance of the eHealth NSW’s websites and intranets ensuring digital best practice, content optimisation and a positive UX. The roll will also assist in preparing analytics reports and interpreting data for Digital Channels that informs continuous improvement and future strategies.

What you will do
As an integral member of the Digital Communications Team, you will:
- Publish content to websites and intranets through our content management systems (CMS)
- Support the maintenance of eHealth NSW’s digital owned channels to ensure they meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), web governance policies and industry best practice
- Assist in the development and interpretation of dashboards and reports using analytics tools
- Support the execution of SEO and Digital Channels strategies
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement innovative strategies
- Maintain communication and relationships with stakeholders
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who have the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience using Content Management Systems, analytics platforms and design programs or equivalent software systems as well as Office 365 products.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives, analyse and interpret data to make informed and planned decisions and have a sound understanding of website best practices.
- Developed organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
