The role will also lead the development of digital channel optimisation strategies and regularly interpret metrics for enhancements that improve user experience and drive growth.For more information, read theWhat you will doAs an integral member of the Digital Communications team, you will:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of eHealth NSW’s Digital Channels (websites and intranets) through our content management systems (CMS) ensuring they meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), governance policies, branding guidelines and industry best practice
  • Establish a workflow to publish content and maintain our Digital Channels
  • Lead channels and SEO optimisation strategies that enhance the performance, visibility, and effectiveness of our Digital Channels
  • Ensure eHealth NSW’s Digital Channels take an audience focused approach
  • Provide advice to eHealth NSW staff about digital best practice
  • Provide team leadership and supervise performance of direct report
  • Consistently monitor website analytics and performance metrics to recognise trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise strategies for enhancing user engagement.
About youWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, communications, digital marketing or related area or equivalent skills and experience. Including a record of achievement in web development using content management systems (CMS’s). This includes expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience of website best practice across user experience, performance optimisation, SEO and digital accessibility.
  • Superior knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
