About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, as the GM Product and Digital Channels, you will define, shape and execute the vision and strategy for Tabcorp's customer experience, channels and assets.
This role is pivotal to our digital- transformation and growth strategy, driving the delivery of game-changing and industry leading products and customer experiences in digital and physical environments.
What You’ll Do
Develop a digital-first product vision, including differentiated propositions, ensuring we leapfrog the competition.
Create and deliver the customer experience vision and strategy across all channels and brands (ie. apps, web, SKY, call centre, and venues).
Execute a compelling prioritised roadmap continuously, ensuring strong return on invested capital.
Deliver sustainable and safe growth in an Agile at scale model
Oversee product & design operations, ensuring a harmonious integration of design principles within tech teams, resulting in cutting-edge digital experiences.
Collaborate and execute cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, broader Customer teams, Risk, and Legal, acting as an evangelist for customer transformation across the organisation.
About You
You are an exceptional and experienced digital leader, with a proven track record of delivering digital transformations across multi channels and products. Your expertise lies in adeptly coordinating product, design, and engineering teams to execute impactful initiatives at scale. Your leadership qualities not only drive success but also foster a high-performance culture.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in digital product management with a track record of delivering innovative and transformative consumer products in a scaled Agile environment.
Outstanding strategic thinking with a focus on driving growth through customer experiences and channels.
Exceptional ability to manage commercial, customer, risk, and regulatory considerations.
An engaging and effective communication style with experience at delivering compelling presentations at Executive and board level.
A passion or interest in our industry and the excitement it generates for our customers.
