Milkcan is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our growing team building one of Australia’s fastest growing outdoor living brands.  

The Digital Content Creator will join our marketing team and lead the creative content production process for our online channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest. This role will be responsible for generating new content ideas, getting hands on with production and publishing on our social channels to grow Milkcan’s brand reach and engagement.  

The ideal person for this role will be a digital native with a strong creative mind, experience producing digital video content, and a deep understanding for how social platforms work and the strategies for building an audience.

What you'll do:

• Generating new image and video content ideas for organic & paid social channels
• Leading content production including scripting, creative direction, shooting (and sometimes being in front of the camera), and video editing. This includes content for both social channels & the website (product galleries, product pages, how-to videos) 
• Supporting the management of our social channels including publishing content and engaging or responding to comments and messages.  
• Leading outreach campaigns to Content Creators and collaboration partners that align with Milkcan’s brand objectives

  Create visual content, including words, graphics, photos, and videos, to achieve specific marketing and communication goals

• 📣Campaign Support
  

  Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution

  Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
