So, what’s the role?
In this role you will be responsible for producing engaging content with a strong creative approach. This is a hands-on role that involves various content production aspects, including copywriting, editing, and asset production.
This role is hybrid, however, based in Hawthorn East, Victoria
Key duties include but are not limited to the following:
Content Copywriting
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external contributors to gather and leverage their expertise in creating valuable and engaging content.
- Identify, interview, and write stories based on customer experiences.
- Develop story content demonstrating the impact our partnerships and events make.
- Develop and edit content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, email, and advertisements.
- Assist in proactively maintaining website content to ensure information is up-to-date.
Asset and Collateral Production
- Design and create various Digital Content assets and collateral, including ads, infographics, brochures, flyers, etc., using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Optimise Digital Content assets for different platforms and channels, considering factors such as responsiveness, load times, and user interaction.
- Work closely with our Member & Community Engagement team to ensure consistency in visual branding and style across all Digital Content, aligning with our brand guidelines and objectives.
The suitable, tertiary qualified candidate will have the following:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital production, marketing, or a copywriting related role.
- Understanding of Digital Content creation and marketing principles.
- Understanding of visually compelling and effective Digital Content assets. Skills
- Excellent research skills with the ability to find and evaluate relevant content from diverse sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contributors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Able to communicate complex subject matter in a concise and effective manner.
- Ability to interview customers and subject matter experts in a manner that derives the best stories.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to creatively design and produce assets and collateral in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and a genuine interest in financial literacy education.
