About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Coordinator who is both organised, meticulous, measured and client success focused.
Click Frenzy produces multiple national online shopping events each year, together with daily Always On deals and year-round email marketing and social media campaigns. In this role you will build relationships with many of Australia's leading retail brands, to support and improve their campaigns.
The work will be within the Click Frenzy ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing retailer content, keeping content up to date on site, deal curation, handing deadlines, pursing content, and ensuring successful onboarding of retailers. Working alongside the Sales and Marketing team presents an exciting chance for team-oriented individuals. The role will be fueled by a can-do attitude and a commitment to customer success.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up email marketing campaigns (content, client communication, testing)
- Providing onboarding support to retailers
- Supporting event proofing process
- Collecting social media content
- Liaising with leading retail brands to on-board promotions
- Coordinating content management system and content uploads
- Liaising with marketing and creative team to deliver exceptional events
- Post event reporting
- Dispatch deliveries as required
- Managing inbound customer service enquiries

- Tech: Specific experience with the following digital tools preferred but not essential: Braze, Freshdesk, Stripo, Google sheets
