Responsibilities
- Create content for diverse communication channels: websites, videos, ads (digital/print), and social media.
- Conduct user research and create user personas, gathering a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform design decisions.
- Utilize various research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various marketing materials, maintaining a uniform visual identity and design language across all marketing channels.
- Perform usability tests to seamlessly integrate UX designs with QA standards and pinpoint issues for CRM optimization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality Standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively translate business needs into precise design implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design processes and innovate our visual assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in various end-to-end design projects.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry or a solid understanding of finance.
- Bilingual proficient in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, InDesign and design-related tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively across mediums and channels.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
- Adept at providing and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to iterative design improvement.
