A unique opportunity exists to lead the Adelaide based DPS business and its team of 20 dedicated staff through its next growth phase. Reporting to the group CEO, and as a member of the group level executive team, this important leadership role will take responsibility for:
overseeing strategic planning, budget and financial management and resource allocation;
reviewing and improving organisational effectiveness through continuous improvement and innovative transformation initiatives;
facilitating an engaging and motivational work environment to optimise culture, employee engagement and organisational performance;
relationship development across a broad customer base to create and optimise new business and market opportunities;
recruiting, developing and retaining a high-performing team to achieve objectives for sales, profitability and market share;
overseeing day to day operations and performance of the DPS business;
working collaboratively with leaders across the group to contribute to the success of the CarePage portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate will be an appropriately qualified and experienced leader and business manager with proven capability in strategic planning and implementation, financial management and business development. An inspiring and collaborative leader with drive and vision, you will also demonstrate an exceptional customer service orientation with authenticity and integrity, and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders. Experience relevant to media/digital media, publishing and marketing/business development within a B2B and B2C context would be well regarded.
