Mater People and Learning has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Education Administrator to join the team in a permanent and full-time capacity.
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, upgrade and support the Mater Learning Management System (LMS) state-wide for all Mater Education courses. The Digital Education Administrator will report to the Manager - Digital Learning, with the role working collaboratively with Program Coordinators, Educators and Facilitators to identify and implement necessary quality improvements in line with Mater strategies around operation efficiencies and customer service.

Salary range:$48.87-$53.17 per hour (MCAS5), plus superannuation and access to generous salary packaging
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities will include
- Create, edit and update existing courses in our LMS
- Develop and maintain system reports
- Provide timely and accurate application support
- Provide support and training to LMS users and key stakeholders
- Provide advice and assist in maintaining processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of data maintained on the LMS
- Develop a keen understanding of ongoing application enhancements with the view of continuous improvements to the system
- Update and maintain system documentation, including procedures and policies in-line with system change
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated success in a similar role in a large and complex organisation coupled with the below:
- Bachelor or other tertiary qualifications in a relevant field - digital technology/education
- 3+ years' experience in LMS administration and application support or similar role - Cornerstone (SABA) knowledge a plus
