A Not-for-Profit Member Association, supporting Public Schools within NSW. They are committed to a free public education system for all, regardless of gender, race, or culture. Their members assist in running the school canteens, OOSH, uniforms shops, bands, fetes, and fundraisers
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate returning to work or someone who is studying and looking for a part time position. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. You will be proactive, and motivated, with strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in strategic planning, development and managing an of online community via the organisation’s website
- Writing and uploading content
- Email marketing, sending EDM’s using InForm
- Managing and coordinating community communications, consultations and feedback
- Set-up and coordinate meetings with stakeholders (external and internal) and maintain a professional approach to engagement
- Collate and research information, and write reports and meeting notes where required
- Database management using HigherLogic
- The ability to commence in this role ASAP, no notice periods please!
- Demonstrated project/ engagement coordination management experience in a member services, customer services, or community development environment
- Experience in coordinating and delivering projects using project management principles and software
- Experience working in Microsoft 365 suite, database management, project management applications, communications and marketing tools and website content management
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret data
- Education industry experience/interest desirable
