Your new company
Our client is a privately-owned, Australian footwear company, head-quartered in Geelong, VIC. A true household name, this brand is known for their natural and sustainable products that they design, produce and sell. With global offices and a strong international brand presence, this company continues to be on a strong growth trajectory, which is why they're looking for their next Digital Graphic Designer to join their team.
Your new role
- Manage, monitor and understand the Brand Visual Identity & digital guidelines across all marketing projects
- Design and/or layout of campaign and marketing materials including digital and print assets for multimedia and graphics projects, websites, emails, social media, advertising and e-commerce channels, retail assets, event assets, print ads and other marketing materials.
- Design and deliver seasonal campaign Retailer Kits, which include digital trade catalogues, campaign image and product image processing, video processing and designing and developing seasonal point of sale materials.
- Assist with seasonal sales conference preparation and materials
- Adapt global marketing designs to agreed regional/translated go-to-market plans
- Design and/or build emails according to a brief and seasonal plan and weekly schedule
- Design paid search and paid social media creative assets according to brief and seasonal plan and schedule
- Design & edit organic social media creative assets according to a brief and seasonal plan and schedule
- Communication with e-commerce and eDM platform account managers where applicable
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a Digital Graphic design role (3 years)
- Proven time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and meet competing deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Excellent proficiency in email design and email platforms (Dot Digital or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools including JIRA
- Understanding of web development, HTML and CSS is highly regarded
- Knowledge of responsive design with a mobile first approach
- Knowledge of editing video and audio production for multimedia design
- Ability to maintain a composed and professional manner within a busy work environment
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
