About the role:Product Owner understanding the core insurance lines process, operational environment and strategic objectives, an empowered decision maker to design and deliver core process requirements in line with Digital Insurers North Star Principles.Key Accountabilities:

• Empowered Decision Maker for areas within their remit and help coordinate cross-stream business decisions.
• Design and Delivery of core processes and capabilities in alignment with North Star Principles
• Articulate required business outcomes and requirements based on current and future needs of the business.
• Ensure consistency of direction and messaging across streams as it relates to Process Design and operational impacts.
• Involved in high level prioritisation of features and capabilities to maximise customer and business value.
• Support domain Product owners and SMEs to define and accept stories inside delivery streams.
• Strategically minded, focusing on strategic imperatives and exploring future value opportunities.
• Strongly invested in own development, personal and professional, actively seeking opportunities to do better and grow every day.

Key Stakeholder Relationships:Develop and maintain a strong working relationship across Insurance, with Customer Service, Operational Excellence, Claims and/or Finance community along with other business and technology streams within Digital Insurer.About You:

• Financial services industry experience (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience operating in an insurance environment.
• Previous experience delivering programs of work and implementation of complex solutions with proven business outcomes.
• Track record of building collaborative relationship with a diverse stakeholder base.
