ABOUT OUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketer with a passion for outdoor adventure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo, design tools like Canva, and proficiency in various marketing channels including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok is essential. You will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing efforts, enhancing our online presence, and engaging our adventurous community.
Please note this is a full time onsite role. Our office is located at 39 Iris Place, Acacia ridge, QLD, 4110.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce Marketing Management:
- Work with others in our marketing team to manage and optimise marketing campaigns within Shopify to drive sales and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, sales events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall sales goals.
Design & Content Creation:
- Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools to create compelling and on-brand marketing materials.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent visual and messaging alignment.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Work with others in our marketing team to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Email Marketing (EDMs):
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Segment audiences and personalise emails to drive engagement and sales.
- Analyze email performance and optimise campaigns for better results.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns for ecommerce brands.
- Strong skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and TikTok marketing.
- Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing (EDMs).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset with a passion for outdoor adventure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
