We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital marketing strategies, search engine optimization, and a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions through online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy and identify opportunities for traffic growth.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify issues and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital marketing and SEO.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Digital marketing and SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Proficiency in web analytics and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
