About the Role
This is a newly created position, as a Digital Marketing Specialist offers the right person the opportunity to completely refresh the My Money House Group’s online presence. You will be responsible for development and upkeep of the companies websites, Facebook, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for monthly newsletters and nurturing campaigns to our email database, creating funnels for inbound enquires as well as marketing campaigns through digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development of a 3,6 and 12 month strategy to achieve a strong online presence that will engage new and established clients.
- Ensure our online presence is consistent and inline with the company's offerings.
- Ensure action is taken if any online negative forums or reviews about the company are posted.
- Develop marketing funnels to nurture and provide prospective clients information they need to book and appointment.
- Creation of chat bots to engage with people online.
- Review of new technology that could be used like AI.
- Create and manage an SEO strategy.
- Develop marketing/branding strategy online to maximise the company's sponsorships with key organisations like Port Adelaide Football Club, Adelaide 36ers, Supercars, Adelaide International, Wildcats, Canteen.
- Develop and implement a strategy to promote the company's free to enter competitions online.
- Management of external companies contracted to perform work.
- Monthly newsletters.
- Social media posting and engagement with followers.
Skills Required
- Demonstrated 2 years minimum experience in all tasks listed above.
- Qualifications in marketing, specific to digital online.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow.
- Ability to communicate effectively to Directors and provide weekly reports.
