This exciting role will have a strong focus on planning, creating, executing, and optimising Digital Marketing campaigns to drive our key Philmac marketing and commercial metrics. These campaigns are designed to support our rapidly-growing domestic and export markets providing the successful candidate exposure to customers at home and abroad. This position also has responsibility for utilising and enhancing the Philmac 'Martech' stack which is comprised of some of the world’s most advanced Digital Marketing platforms. Furthermore, the role demands utilisation and monitoring and optimisation of various digital communications platforms including social media.  

About the role 

Help develop the annual marketing plan, including budget, communication strategies, and initiatives to meet business goals. 

Run digital campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust activities to achieve the marketing plan's objectives. 

Manage lead generation campaigns, search engine optimization, and digital aspects of physical promotions. 

Operate and manage key marketing technology tools (eg. Marketo, Kadanza, Adobe Commerce) to improve their use in the business, including maintaining data, managing campaigns, supporting improvements, and reporting insights. 

Prepare digital campaign plans with clear goals, KPIs, and budget, working with both local and international stakeholders. 

Monitor and manage all communication channels, including social media and product review forums according to the marketing plan. 

Create marketing material including SEO-optimized blogs, advertisements, and other digital content, working with internal teams. 

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement events like customer training, tradeshows, and online meetings, ensuring KPIs are defined, tracked, and measured. 

About you 

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated person with a thirst for learning and continuous improvement in the Digital Marketing space. If you’re our candidate, you’ll have experience in delivering Digital Marketing projects from initiation through to evaluation and using digital platforms including Marketo, WordPress, DAM libraries and Adobe Commerce. You should also have a limited working understanding of InDesign, be able to create professional PowerPoint presentations, and have strong communication skills. The ability to manage stakeholders, be flexible, detail-oriented, and excellent time management are also favourable skillsets for this role.
