If you want a flexible, creative role where you can refine your skills in Digital Marketing. This is for you. Experience in the digital space is needed, but you'll learn our systems and processes so a willingness to learn and a creative flair are a must.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assisting to manage and set up Facebook + Instagram ad campaigns
- Reviewing campaigns and brainstorming new ads.
- Ability to take the initiative to improve client campaign outcomes
- Excellent copywriting skills required
- Grammar nerd skills are required for proofreading
- Briefing graphic designers + making simple designs in canva. Mostly an eye for what looks good, although advanced design skills are a bonus.
The role is casual to start and has the potential to progress to permanent part-time or full-time for the right person if wanted.
Casual rate ranging from $26-35 per hour + super, depending on experience. Starting with 8-15 hours per week.

A typical day might look something like this:
- Review the ad accounts assigned, and review data
- Check in on graphic designers, suggest improvements to the design, work on ad copy and publish new ads
- Answer emails
- Brainstorming session to discuss new client campaigns
- Setting up the structure of ads for a new client
- Write ad copy for a launch and set up the ads for testing
The person sought will demonstrate the following experience and personal traits:
- You have experience setting up ads in the Facebook Ads Manager
- You will be experienced in campaign creation and have the ability to strategise new creative and campaign options
- You'll have the ability to work in a start-up environment that requires flexibility and attention to detail as well as the ability to manage your time.
- You will be a fast learner, with a passion for digital and delivering excellent results.
- You will thrive on creating and utilising organisation and systems - if you take a thousand notes you'll fit right in
BONUS: Google Ads skills - this is something we are expanding into, but internally we are still learning
