The team is trusted by small to medium businesses across a range of industries to design and execute strategies that generate leads, increase online sales and building brand awareness—operating as the extended and hands-on marketing and design team to these businesses.
Since starting up in 2018, their business has grown year on year, and they are now looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team.

- You may currently be studying and looking to get a foot in the door and a head start to your career.
- You are potentially someone who enjoys seeing ads and how they are made or how they are messaged, and have always been interested in how marketing actually works in the real world for small businesses instead of big brands with big, unlimited budgets—and you want to be part of the decision making.
- In terms of your working style, you gravitate towards looking at the data, following processes, and being methodical in how you think and deliver your work. Your keen eye for detail has meant you have picked up on details others missed, and you have always ensured the work you do is high quality and error-free.
- You are incredibly organised and are proud of your ability to complete your assignments and study on time, whilst also maintaining casual employment and keeping up with your hobbies.
About the Role
Working directly with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will add value by:
- Monitoring and optimising existing digital ad campaigns to continue to drive results for our clients
- Working towards owning social media accounts, ideating content, analysing the data, coming up with new content ideas—all while nurturing the community the team has worked hard to build to date
- Writing new landing pages and EDM content and managing the launch of these as part of a bigger campaigns
- Gathering and interpreting data to create weekly and monthly report scorecards, as required.
