About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide effective support to our CEO and board members and oversee all office management.
The ideal candidate will excel in:
• Preparing professional board minutes
• Coordinating board meetings and agendas
• Managing the CEO’s calendar and diary
• Overseeing office management including catering and supplies
• Liaising effectively with the board and key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Board and Meeting Coordination:
• Prepare agendas, compile comprehensive board minutes, and maintain documentation for management meetings.
• Ensure timely communication and distribution of meeting materials.
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings and Market Advisory Committees, including room bookings and catering.
Executive Support:
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, handle communications, and organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
Office Management:
• Oversee office supplies, social events, and room bookings.
Information Management:
• Maintain data files, confidential documents, and compliance standards.
Safety:
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and actively promote a strong safety culture.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience compiling professional Board minutes and reports
