About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building our brand and helping position us as a leader in the IT space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing, along with experience in content creation, copywriting, and content management.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and content creation
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), HubSpot, CSS, and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
Branding
- Design and maintain sales templates and brochures
- Develop and publish case studies highlighting successful projects and solutions
- Manage submissions for industry awards to enhance Emerging IT's reputation
- Create marketing materials for new products
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Content Creation
- Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns and social media
- Write and publish blog posts to support content marketing strategies
- Assist in creating and updating engaging website content
Communication
- Create and distribute newsletters to keep employees and customers informed
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, such as webinars and company BBQs
- Develop and implement social media strategies, create content, and engage with the audience across various platforms
Lead Generation
- Write copy for Google AdWords campaigns
- Design and execute email nurture campaigns to move leads through the marketing funnel
- Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activities
