We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant to manage our online presence and provide comprehensive support to our Production Manager. The successful candidate will maintain our website, manage our image library, and create compelling content for menus and social media posts. This role requires a blend of artistic skill and Administrative prowess, ideal for candidates passionate about digital media, design, and event marketing.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and freshness.
- Manage and curate the company's image library, ensuring high-quality and relevance.
- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for menus, social media posts, and promotional materials using Canva and Photoshop.
- Assist with basic photography needs for content creation and Digital Marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the Production Manager, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling, with a strong focus on proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content creation for major events such as the Grand Prix, Australian Open, and Melbourne Cup Carnival.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team and enhance productivity.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong organizational and data management skills.
- Experience with digital design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic photography skills and a good eye for visual composition.
- Experience in managing website content and understanding of best practices in Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing or administrative role is preferred.
