Our services list includes different types of residential building inspections, such as Construction Stage, Pre-Purchase, Timber Pest, Insurance Claim inspections, VCAT Investigation and Dilapidation reports.
Qualifications & experience
- A Degree in Marketing and/or Communications or minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager, or as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator within small businesses
- Website content management and CRM (HubSpot & Monday.com) integration and management skills is required
- Knowledge of social and traditional media practices and tools
- Experience and ability to set up and manage marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end
- Experience managing a small team and delivering team KPI's and projects.
- Adept at problem solving and 'big picture' thinking, with the ability to discuss and present to General Management
- An interest or experience working in property industry is desirable, but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Leading the marketing and communications team, ensuring smooth executing social and digital strategy (Website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) across owned, earned and bought channels to support the General Manager and Business Director.
- Developing and delivering communication strategies for Business- to - Customer and Business- to- Business
- Effectively executing brand management and in collaboration with agencies
- Delivering monthly financial reporting and tracking trends against objectives and KPI’s. Regular reporting on business marketing costs, forecasting and reconciliations, campaign debriefs, and market research to the General Manager.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders including General Management, Sales/Client Relations Team and Office Administration
- Developing, gaining approval, and executing the marketing plan/calendar, budgets and plans, and coordinating various stakeholder and marketing team tasks.
