Digital Communications Coordinator
Healthed are excited to be growing our online learning team with the creation of this new full time role for educating GPs, nurses and healthcare professionals. After a period of strong success for Healthed, this is an important member of the team who will have an impact across all aspects of our online education experiences.
As part of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) team, you will bring your strong coordination skills to our digital portfolio and ensure compliance to educational requirements within the health industry.
The role will include:
- Uploading content and setting up courses within the Healthed learning management system (LMS)
- Reporting user analytics and course outcomes for business and client review
- Liaising with content writers, technical developers, sponsors and other stakeholders
- Working with the Marketing & Communications team to enhance the learner experience
- Developing and executing digital outreach strategies to promote uptake of the courses and subscriptions models
- Assisting with CPD accreditation and administration
- Assisting the Webcast Coordinator with the fortnightly webcast project
- Adhering to tight deadlines
- Interstate travel for events

Essential selection criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or coordination role
- General Digital Communications experience
- Experience in educational organisations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Desirable selection criteria:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, WordPress, LearnDash, Thinkific or Moodle, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign (or other CRM)
- Understanding of automations and other relevant tools such as JotForm and/or SurveyMonkey, Zapier, Stripe (and/or other payment gateways)
- Experience/background in health industry
- Knowledge of information management which may include data management, records management and reporting experience
- Experience using data analytics and reporting

Working arrangements for the team are hybrid and we alternate days in the office with working remotely.
