AddressZJOOSH is a unique Australian lifestyle brand lovingly created by women for women. Zjoosh specialises in “the finishing touches”. Zjoosh currently has a total of 17 stores in Australia, with 13 stores located across Sydney, 2 in Brisbane, and one each in Melbourne and Newcastle. Zjoosh also has a growing e-commerce business to which the successful candidate will play a major role in. As this is a junior role, experience in all areas isn’t necessary but a genuine interest in e-commerce and Digital Marketing with a high attention to detail is required.
Key Roles Include:
Website content management (2 websites with potential to grow)
- Product uploads
- Resizing and basic retouching of images
- Writing product descriptions
- Ensuring all product data is included (sizing, composition, colour, etc.)
- Product tagging
- Utilising up-sell opportunities
- Uploading blog content
- SEO
Website merchandising
- Ensuring products are in appropriate collections and properly merchandised (e.g. new items appearing on top)
- Uploading homepage banners and imagery
Photoshoots
- Assisting Head of Online with studio shoots (approx 4-6 per year). This will include tasks from model booking to ironing garments
- Photography and retouching of all product shots for website
Website assistance
- Assisting Head of Online with website maintenance and testing
- Assisting with design and layout ideas
Digital Marketing
- Ad creatives
- Assisting Head of Online with Google and Meta Ads uploading
Experience required
- Shopify Plus experience
- Canva or Photoshop experience
- Experience using DSLR camera and lightbox equipment
- Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
- Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics experience
- Proactive
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid of hard work and admin tasks
