About the role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about travel and all things digital. We want team members who want to be thought-leaders in the industry and who would like to continue to learn and improve their skill set in this fast-moving and exciting industry.
You will be responsible for:
- In collaboration with our Senior Digital Specialists developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies across a portfolio of new and existing clients helping them grow via new website builds, SEO, Paid Advertising, content, managing CRM platorms, social media, email marketing and more.
- Analyse Digital Marketing performance of campaigns and look for opportunities to optimise and recommend new strategies where needed and present these to clients

About you
You will be a 'people person' with a passion to exceed client expectations in all things digital. A willing to always think ‘outside the box’ to constantly present new revenue making opportunities and solutions for our clients. And ultimately be a great fit with our company and client culture.
You will possess the following:
- 1-2 years digital agency and/or in a similar Digital Marketing role
- Excellent communication skills and able to present strategical ideas and build great client relationships coordinating the client and the delivery team.
- Experience in Digital Marketing including content creation, SEO, paid media, social, email marketing and Google analytics.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Creative skills to develop effective ad copy and visuals.
- Experience in travel / tourism / hospitality in a similar role client side or agency side is advantageous
- A professional approach to working independently and efficiently on short and long-term projects from concept to execution and analysis
