About the Role:
We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator located on the vibrant Gold Coast, QLD. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring someone who is highly motivated. As part of our team, you will focus on establishing a high-quality Digital Marketing with responsibilities including:
- Content Creation: Produce brand-aligned content across various channels, ensuring consistency and impact
- Social Media Platforms: Coordinate and manage our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) by crafting compelling content
- Email Marketing: Design engaging email marketing campaigns to inform and inspire our members, including written product descriptions and advertisement
- Newsletter Management: Schedule and create content for the fortnightly Newsletter including editorial and proofreading support for publications
- App Content Management: Create and manage content for our mobile app, enhancing user experience and engagement
- Digital Graphic Design: Utilise tools like Canva for all social media content and advertisement creation
- Website Management: Oversee the refreshment and upkeep of our website content, ensuring its current and compelling
- Media Kit Collaboration: Plan and manage industry partner and stakeholders advertising deliverables from the Media Kit and maintain relationships with external suppliers
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community, bringing their stories to the forefront and encouraging a supportive environment
- Digital Campaign Monitoring: Analyse Digital Marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics tools
- Supporting Task: Assist with other duties as required from time to time including sales related tasks, podcast recording, interviews, and assist the Marketing & Event Manager with event coordination

You will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, and graphic design is beneficial, but not essential
- Demonstrated expertise with a strong understanding of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in utilising a diverse range of tools, including Canva, Hootsuite, Google Data Studio, video editing software, social media paid advertising platforms and Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail
