Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

In this role, you will produce, review, and publish content based on customer feedback and competitive research on industry trends and popular culture. You will be expected to maintain strict adherence with established marketing guidelines to ensure an accurate online representation of the company. Success in this role will be demonstrated by generating relevant and engaging social media posts to expand brand awareness, internet traffic, and sales. 

You will also be responsible for managing our website, designing email signatures, business cards, and provide visual content for our product cut sheets. This is also an excellent opportunity for a student in their final year of study to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Boost our social media presence of our company.
• Create and execute Digital Marketing strategies to attract public interest on our social media platforms.
• Monitor comments and interact with the social media community.
• Manage and update the company website regularly to ensure it remains current and to reflect our brand identity.
• Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, such as but not limited to:
  • Facebook,
  • Instagram, and
  • LinkedIn.
• Ability to create online brochures of products for our website.
• Design and update email signatures to showcase our brand, products and convey relative information.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to promote our brands and increase customer engagement.
• Assist with other marketing activities and projects as required.
• Ability to travel domestically to our various work venues.

Additionally, your flexibility extends to occasional interstate travel for company-related tasks, allowing you to gather compelling visuals for use on our digital platforms. 

Requirements

• Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles & practices.
• Experience in using social media management software and web analytics.
• Proficiency in website management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar.
• Able to provide marketing materials like product cut sheets and product catalogues.
• Solid editing & presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with a positive mindset.
• Creative and innovative.
