Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and maintain an active presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content to drive audience engagement.
Content Creation:
- Source, produce, and edit diverse content for various audiences, including articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
EDM Content Creation in Salesforce:
- Build captivating Email Direct Marketing (EDM) content within Salesforce to effectively reach our target audience.
Website Management:
- Update and maintain company websites, collaborating with web developers and designers as needed.
- Monitor website analytics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
SEO Expertise:
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise websites.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies for improved online visibility.
Digital Advertising:
- Assist in monitoring and optimising digital ads for maximum effectiveness.
- Analyse ad performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
Graphic Design:
- Undertake general graphic design tasks to support marketing initiatives.
Programs:
- General support delivering our programs across employment, education, sport and tourism.
Administrative support
- Manage general office administrative tasks to support the team, including invoicing, budget management, and event support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the mining and resources sector.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and website management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for EDM content creation.
- An understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing on-page strategies.
- Proficiency in website management platforms, especially WordPress and Squarespace.
- Experience in monitoring and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva would be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This role is full-time, $70,000 pa + 11% superannuation.
