The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation, client relationship cultivation, sales enablement, CRM management, and collaboration on marketing campaigns.
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you will be expected to be excited by technology and have a desire and ability to learn and understand the technical concepts and how they shape our product offering and Marketing message.
This position is suitable for entry-level candidates, including recent graduates or those with some experience, who are eager to learn and advance their careers in sales or marketing with a leading and rapidly growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise email and other outreach methods to generate prospects and new leads. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of these prospecting activities.
- Follow up with potential leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings to cultivate client relationships and drive sales.
- Create persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to target audiences, helping to close deals and grow client accounts.
- Maintain and enhance our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
- Work with the marketing team to assist with global and regional campaigns, including social media, content writing, asset creation including brochures, presentations, design briefs, and more.
Qualifications for Success
- University qualification in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field required
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, with a focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and prospecting highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to understand the technical concepts in the IoT market
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, for managing customer interactions, tracking sales activities, and generating analytical reports
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage projects across multiple teams (globally) and workstreams at any given time
