Curtin’s high-functioning Marketing Operations and EngagementTeam drive Digital Marketing innovation and student recruitment activities to keep pace with the market, improve effectiveness and meet changing customer expectations. The Digital Marketing team are responsible for the creation and management of a seamless digital user experience, marketing insights and account-based marketing including future student outreach and recruitment strategies.
Your new role
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping our digital presence. Working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for publishing, optimising, and maintaining digital content across various platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing conversion rates and supporting the Curtin brand.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Develop, implement and maintain high-quality digital content across University Marketing websites and other platforms to meet reputation and recruitment targets
- Monitor and assess the performance of Digital Marketing initiatives and platforms, collaborating closely with content, analytics and UX/UI teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and content, facilitating a cohesive and user-centric approach
- Support the optimisation of the user experience across digital platforms through data-driven decision making
- Contribute to Digital Marketing strategy development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation, policies and brand guidelines.
- Completed relevant qualifications, or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in content management systems and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Knowledge of SEO best practice for on-page and technical website optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a tertiary education environment or similar organisation is desirable
