It’s Monday. Again.
You’ve arrived at work. Your boss is asking you to design Facebook ads in Canva. Again.
Don’t you wish you could throw that stuff over to the graphics team and focus on why you were hired?
Like managing paid ad performance. Reviewing SEO and website data. Making everything come together with the precision of a Rolex Oyster.
Welcome to what most Digital Marketing Coordinators wish they were doing.
In the same boat? Here’s how you hatch your escape plan.
1.Check you’re happy with these 3 paragraphs
You’ll join 15 supportive folks in Osborne Park. There’s a team of designers. They’ll do the creatives. You’ll partner with the sales and marketing manager. Together, you’ll write and implement the SEO, PPC and social media strategy to improve organic search ranking and website traffic.
You won’t be short of data. You’ll quickly know what’s working. A solid base to build from. You’ll have the support from an external agency, who’ll get you up-to-speed on optimising ad copy and visuals to maximize CTRs and conversions. You’ll also get the full backing and a realistic budget to make all this work.
We’ll make sure you feel comfortable settling in. You’ll work in new offices with modern IT. You’ll find us a 15-minute walk from Stirling station. If you drive, there’s free parking. You can dress casually, 9-5, Monday to Friday. There's Friday drinks, quarterly events, and career progression if you’re ambitious. Plus, you’ll have access to discounts on a range of wellness goodies.
2.See if you meet this criteria
You’re familiar with keyword research, identifying content optimization opportunities. The same for website content, including landing pages, blog posts, target keywords and user experience.
You’ve analysed and monitored website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. You’re a dab hand at monitoring ad performance, running A/B tests to adjust bidding strategies and achieve campaign targets.
On the back of that, you’ll know how to draft SEO reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement across paid digital advertising campaigns, such as Google ads (PMax) and Facebook ads
Finally, it goes without saying that you’ve a keen eye for emerging Digital Marketing technologies, trends and those pesky algo changes.
