Digital Marketing Coordinator

You will support all marketing efforts across all 3 of our businesses under the Link Wealth Group brand.

As one of the very few financial advisers on TikTok — we have amassed 90K+ followers over socials over the last 18 months across over 10+ channels.

This role also has a consulting component that will help you further develop your career and give you a unique path to further your skills.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Reviewing scheduled posts and helping craft hooks and captions in our scheduler Hootsuite.
• Assist with ensuring all marketing and communications materials are compliant and adhere to corporate and individual adviser brand style specifications.
• Develop, design and produce quality, engaging marketing materials (electronic and hard copy) for the company and its network of financial advisers such as marketing guides, eBooks, user instructions, brochures, flyers, business stationery, adviser profiles, eDMs and PowerPoint presentations.
• Build up audiences for company pages on various channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Elevate, foster and develop partnerships such as with radio stations, media publications and social media figures to collaborate on content for cross channels.
• Proficient in Canva to create eye-catching graphics & messages to attract eyes to our posts.
• Write copy for email marketing in a storytelling format.
• Update the website consistently and create informative blogs that go alongside it for SEO purposes.
• Bring new, fresh ideas on how we can better our brand awareness and services to potential clients across each business.
• Produce video podcast episodes that have catchy soundbites to distribute to social media channels as well as traditional podcast channels such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music.
• Continuously monitor analytics across platforms
• Collaborate and assist with training of the offshore marketing staff through Levera (offshore outsourcing business) to assist in growth of the business

Enough about us, let's talk about you:

• You may have spent a couple of years' working in similar role, or have the equivalent relevant experience. We needs some who lives and breathes the digital life. 
• You may have a tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar (highly regarded but not necessary!)
• You are a strong direct response / conversion copywriter
• You are an ambitious self-starter with loads of initiative
• You are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fun team environment
• You've got strong communication and people skills
• You've got amazing skills especially with: Canva, Google Apps, Microsoft Applications, TikTok, LinkedIn, MailChimp and other social media platforms
