AddressAre you a digital marketing all-rounder who is keen to drive growth and take our multi-franchise dealer group to the next level? We are a rapidly expanding dealer group with big ambitions and are now looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Based at Indooroopilly and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be part of our dynamic Marketing team developing and implementing all digital activities to grow and enhance the company’s online presence. You will work within a small team, including agencies, to help you execute various campaigns to ultimately drive enquiry for Sales, Service and Parts.
The successful candidate will have a strong and genuine passion for all things marketing plus a flair for digital design and implementation. You will become our in-house expert on the latest digital, email marketing & social media trends!
Key responsibilities to contribute towards this will include but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively with the team across all departments to plan, implement and deliver digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver campaigns for monthly retail activity, new product launches, and other special events.
- Leading the digital marketing strategy across website, social media platforms, eDM, database, social media advertising, SEO.
- Create engaging social media campaigns, content creation, and lead the voice of the brand’s personality.
- Liaising with agencies, freelance photographers, graphic designers and other creatives to develop brand assets and content.
- Manage our current websites via our CMS platform.
- Weekly and monthly reporting digital weekly sales, brand results, marketing campaigns and tracking against KPIs
- Monitor and review metrics and post campaign analysis to understand campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Overseeing the marketing budget as agreed with Group Marketing Manager.
- Assist with the coordination of sales events and vehicle launches.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Ideally our successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a digital/marketing coordinator role or similar
- Proven experience in development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with social media advertising, digital content creation and website CMS updating
- An understanding of SEM & SEO principles and an appreciation for web analytics and conversion metrics
- Ability to interpret digital marketing trends
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- You are the ultimate task master, working on multiple projects whilst achieving all deadlines
