Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious organisation operating within the aviation industry who are seeking a Digital Engagement Coordinator to drive the digitisation of customer communication campaigns and develop the digital customer experience.
Responsible for developing digital communications strategies to engage customers and grow the organisation, this is a role with lots of opportunity to drive growth and make a real difference!

Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and report on a digital communication strategy to expand online reach, grow audiences and increase engagement.
- Manage a proactive social media schedule to maximise reach and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, X, and Linkedin.
- Work with campaigns, organising content to create timely and engaging customer communications materials including flyers, company magazines, newsletter, emails, videos, webinars etc.
- Create organic content through attendance at external visits, meetings, training, and events.
- Work with external agencies to develop professional content.
- Maintain and regularly update the website.
- Utilise analytics tools and keep on top of trends/algorithm changes.
- Provide input to monthly reporting across Digital Marketing metrics & channels.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital engagement role.
- Experience in various SaaS products.
- Strong design skills and content creation skills.
- Understanding of email marketing, online advertising, and other digital promotion methods.
- Strong communication skills, including demonstrated ability to write for different audiences.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive & enthusiastic in approach to work.
