P.Johnson has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join our head office team based in Paddington, NSW.
About the role:
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will support the evolution of our digital brand presence by ensuring that all digital assets shown are accurate and on-brand. This includes everything from product descriptions, site merchandising, eDM creation & social media support.
As the Digital Coordinator, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Digital Content: upload products to the website.
- Product Copy: collaborate with the production & merchandising team to write and upload all product descriptions and care information to accurately present products. Working with these teams to display size and fit information & measurements.
- Supporting eCommerce Manager & Art Director with seasonal campaign launches; loading of assets on website & various online platforms.
- Supporting the ideation of email marketing campaigns. Building, creating and testing campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Support with the build of META & Google Ads. Ensuring we are within budget & growing our online presence.
- Updating in the marketing calendar, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Keyword research & implementing SEO copy across the P.Johnson online store.
- Organising & tracking marketing samples.
- General office support, working across teams and supporting when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & a can-do attitude.
- Developed organisational skills and the ability to manage an array of tasks at once.
- Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
- Highly empathetic and resilient, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proactive and positive, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
